Maleigha yawned as she emerged from the burrow. Yawning slowly, she sat down on her haunches and scanned the area. Nothing that she could see. So she began to sun herself, but stayed wary. It was less than a month until both Jewel and Crystal were due. Maleigha was somewhat assured she would not be evicted, since she was not pregnant, but she could not know for sure.

Jewel is very moody. Especially towards her sister, Crystal... As well as to Dragon, who is a threat to her unborn pups....

As usual, Crystal is lying low, away from her sister...

Maleigha senses the tension in the air when Jewel emerges. She keeps her distance.

Dragon emerges, sees Jewel, and keeps her distance. She's big for her age but she's no match for an adult meerkat and therefore does everything she can to prevent from antagonizing the grumpy mother-to-be.

Ulfric begins grooming Jewel trying to calm her down a bit...

Maleigha's stomach growls, but she says nothing to Jewel about leaving to forage for the day.
