Jalapeno is awake... As she exits the burrow, she nips all the subordinate meerkats roughly...

Juniper growls, but goes back to sleep...

Palerose has been up for a little while now. She's always up to see the sunrise every morning.

Steak Knife wakes up in surprise as Jalapeno nips her. Ow! What did she do that for? She then sees that it's morning! Yay! Food! She heads out of the burrow after Jalapeno

Sunset growls... what a jerk! Still she knows better than to attack back. Jalapeno is not the one to cross. Fierce as the female is, she knows her place as a subordinate.

Jalapeno growls at Palerose. Seeing that she was already awake, she nips her as well... Jalapeno is due to give birth today, so she's quite ruthless... More than usual, that is. She's eager to start the day, expand her group again, and start picking fights with the surrounding meerkat mobs... For now, she somewhat patiently waits for everyone to wake up. She'll be quite disappointed when she finds out that Juniper, staying loyally next to sunset, has fallen asleep once again.

Palerose doesn't do much. Jalapeno easily outsizes her, so she has nothing much to fight back with. She just glares silently at the dominant female with icy malice in her eyes.

Koti wakes up and takes a huge, long stretch along with a noisy yawn . She sits by the burrow , refreshed and rejuvinated, ready for whatever today holds .

Mussolini slowly crawls up the burrow side and plops down by Palerose . She chirps a tiny helllo to her .

Palerose ignores him. She swishes her tail in the slightest manner so it brushes over his paw, showing she at least knew he was there. Her eyes went to Jalapeno, not sure if she would like this. Mussolini was her mate, after all.

o o c } } i don't think either Koti or Mussolini are dominant male ... I wouldn't want Jalapeno to not be happy or uncomfortable ... i'll wait to post to see what Pancake wants .....

ooc: Jalapeno, unfortunately, will not be happy. Lol. I'd prefer a fiercer dominant male who is loyal to her... They don't need to be evil... Jalapeno actually isn't evil, but vicious, yes...

MUSSOLINI

Mussolini stops the grooming on Palerose after no appreciation. She then decides togroom herself instead .

KOTI

Koti decides to create some "family time" and groom everyone a little bit each . After a few grooms on each and every 'kat , he grooms himself , enjoying his life .

Palerose flashes a quick glance at Koti... then shys away.

Koti looks at the shy female . Shes cute . He walks over to her and sits down by her . He peeps a hello and flashes a corny smile at her . He slowly approaches to groom her , not pushing it though ...

Palerose acts like she doesn't know he's there...

Koti grins . hard to get, eh? he continues to "romance" her with a little grooming . He grooms her side and back , churring as doing so .
